Academy Registration Rules for ONLINE participation

Academy Registration for this workshop works as follows:

  1. Registration on this page can be done by any active team member. The academy-settings page (team area => academy tab) can be accessed by the captains only.
  2. Every team can register for the academy on this page, starting on Monday 2025-10-13 13:00 CEST. 
  3. Until Friday 2025-10-17 13:00 CEST 50 participants can be registered per team, afterwards there is no limit per team (max. 700 participants).
  4. The remaining spaces can be booked on the academy-settings page on a first-come, first-served basis at the same price of 21.00 EUR + VAT.
  5. The registration fee is not refundable, as always. 
  6. Registration ends on Friday 2025-10-24 13:00 CEST.
  7. The allocation of team members can be changed until Friday 2025-10-24 13:00 CEST.
  8. The livestream via YouTube is free of charge for everyone. But if you want to participate via Slido, you have to buy a space for the online version, since the number in Slido is limited.

1) Each team member needs his/her own user account on this website and must assign it to his/her own team/university: <link my-account user-group>www.formulastudent.de/my-account/user-group/ .
